Esther Ekanem is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals seeking healing and emotional stability. She draws on approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT skills, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused techniques to support clients facing trauma, depression, anxiety, and life challenges. Her work is strongly shaped by her faith in Jesus Christ, guiding her commitment to offer hope, dignity, and support to those she serves. Esther is passionate about helping others find healing, purpose, and identity in Christ, and she seeks to reflect God’s love through her counseling, writing, and outreach.
