Williams is a passionate communications professional dedicated to using the power of communication to inspire positive change. As a communications professor and leadership expert, he combines academic insight with real-world experience to empower individuals and organizations to reach their fullest potential. Throughout his career, Williams has worked closely with and advocated for individuals with disabilities, the homeless, and those in need of care management support—demonstrating his deep commitment to service and community impact. In addition to his professional and advocacy work, Williams serves as the local pastor of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Great Faith Assembly in St. James, New York. He is happily married and blessed with three sons.
